Biography

Ghislain de Salins is the Global Lead for cybersecurity at the World Bank. His work focuses on supporting developing countries’ journey towards achieving cyber resilience, through infrastructure investments, technical advisory and knowledge products. He recently published knowledge pieces on the cyber resilience of ID ecosystems, cloud cybersecurity, CSIRTs as well as a case study on Ghana’s cybersecurity journey. He previously worked with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) as a policy analyst for trust and cybersecurity, where he published a number of reports, including on DNS security.
