Biography

Domagoj Rozic (Dom) has over 20 years of experience leading technology companies and startups across Europe and Latin America, with a strong focus on transforming the way people interact with money. As founder and CEO of Minka, he has driven the creation of a new payments protocol that powers real-time payment systems in multiple countries, enabling interoperability between financial institutions, digital wallets, clearinghouses, and central banks, so money can move more simply, securely, and instantly. Throughout his career, Dom has combined strategic vision with deep technical expertise, having played an active role in the internet, mobile, and bitcoin revolutions. Before founding Minka, he was an early employee at Infobip, Croatia’s first unicorn, where he contributed to more than 50 large-scale technology projects.
