- Biography
- Dr. Carlos Pérez Leguízamo has been with the Central Bank of Mexico for the past 28 years. He currently serves as an advisor on Technological Research and Innovation at the Directorate General of Central Bank Operations. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for designing and developing some of the Bank's most critical systems. In addition, he has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering at Panamericana University since 2007. In 1996, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He went on to obtain a Master's degree in Engineering and a Ph.D. in Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology. In 2016, he conducted research at Waseda University in Japan
